What this policy covers

This policy covers the marketing website and its contact options. The staff Wiki is a separate online service outside this policy. It does not cover the working-data controls of a customer’s Matrix system, which are explained separately under Product privacy.

Information you choose to provide

The demo request form sends your name, work email, optional organization, team size, workflow description, preferred reply language, consent and delivery metadata to a Vercel Function. The download form sends your name, work email, company, the document you asked for, preferred reply language and your consent to the same function, so the team can send you that document. Use the forms only for a high-level use-case summary. Do not submit confidential formulations, patient or participant information, research datasets, credentials or regulated records.

A direct Email Synexas link is separate. It opens your mail client with a generic subject, and nothing is sent until you choose to send it. That message travels through your email provider rather than the website form.

Delivery, providers and retention

The function validates the request and uses Vercel and Resend to email the brief to the Synexas team. This application does not write submissions to a database or local file. The delivered message is held in the recipient mailbox.

For inquiries that have not become customer engagements and are no longer being followed up, we keep email records and team copies for 12 months from the last substantive contact. If there is no follow-up, the period starts when we receive the inquiry. Our team reviews these records monthly and manually deletes expired copies. Ongoing inquiries, customer engagements and records needed for disputes or legal obligations are handled separately.

This schedule covers copies held by Synexas. Application logs exclude submitted form fields. Infrastructure and email providers may retain service records, operational logs and backups under their own policies; deleting our copies does not immediately clear their records or backups.

Your choices and requests

Submitting the form requires explicit consent. It does not book a meeting or authorize use of confidential data. Synexas may reply to the work email you provide.

You may request access, correction or deletion of information held by Synexas by emailing contact@thesynexas.com. Include the delivery reference when available. Provider, security and legal-retention obligations may limit or delay a request.

Browser storage and tracking

The public website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits and Vercel Speed Insights to measure page performance. These services do not use analytics cookies or track you across other websites. They apply only to this website, not the staff Wiki or a customer’s Matrix system. Other website assets are bundled locally; there are no advertising trackers or cloud-model calls.

Reports can include the page visited, referral source, approximate location, browser and device details, and page-performance measurements. Our integration removes query strings and fragments from reported page URLs and sends no form entries or custom events. Vercel processes this information to provide aggregate website statistics; its service records and retention follow its own policies.

Animations follow your device’s Reduce Motion setting; the website does not save a separate animation preference. Your light/dark and language preferences are saved in this browser’s local storage. Visits to a language edition can appear in aggregate page counts. If you submit a request, the form includes the chosen language so our team can reply in it. Clearing this site’s data resets the appearance to dark and the language to your browser’s language, or English; an explicit language-edition link still opens that edition.

If your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, neither insights script loads. You can still read the website and use its contact options.

Opening a source or LinkedIn link visits a third-party site with its own policies.

Policy changes

Material changes will be published on this page by updating the review date and explaining the changed website data path. The site has no visitor accounts, so it does not currently send account notices.

Privacy contact
