- STEP 02Prove it on your taskFor a custom workflow, we can build a first version from data you authorize, under an NDA, at your site on a Matrix we bring or in our own offline environment. This can include confidential data you approve. Personal data only where you confirm a lawful basis; we delete the data afterwards.

- STEP 04Install and check it privatelyWe install on site; your team runs real data before it goes live.
Updates
Your administrator can install signed offline updates. Synexas provides guidance and visits on site when invited.
Delivery and site readiness
The timeline and site requirements depend on your configuration and workflow. We agree them with your team before signing, so your IT team can prepare.
Support and warranty.
24-hour first response
First human response within 24 hours, including weekends and holidays. Resolution depends on the issue.
On-site engineer
When needed, on site, only when you invite them.
Offline updates
Your administrator can install signed offline updates. Synexas provides guidance and visits on site when invited.
3-year hardware warranty
Three years from installation, covering parts, repair labor and necessary transport or visits within your agreed service area. Exclusions and service outside that area are set out in your agreement.
