Private by design.
Verifiable by your team.
Matrix runs on hardware at your site, offline by default. Your team controls accounts, encrypted customer data and local audit logs. We agree the controls and evidence for your deployment with you.

Four commitments
and how each one works.
Nothing leaves your site without your approval.
- How it works
- The standard setup has no internet connection. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth disabled. Models, index and logs stay on the system.
- How to check
- Check your firewall: Matrix starts no connection beyond your company network, except to services you approved.
Synexas never receives your data, except for a proof you authorize.
- How it works
- We keep no account on your system, and the system sends no usage reports. Updates arrive offline.
- Proof exception
- A proof you ask for uses data you authorize, under an NDA, and is deleted afterwards.
- How to check
- Check your firewall logs. Inspect each update before installing.
Your team holds every account.
- How it works
- Admin accounts are yours from day one. We visit only when invited.
- How to check
- Review the account list, and your own record of each visit.
Audit logs stay on your system.
- How it works
- Queries, administrative changes and maintenance events are recorded locally.
- How to check
- Review and export the records against the event scope and retention requirements agreed with your team.
Choose how connected
Matrix is.
The standard setup has no internet connection.
Fully isolated
No connection to any other system. Approved staff load files directly. For the strictest environments.
On your internal network
Staff reach Matrix from their own computers. Matrix can read approved internal sources and connect to internal systems through its API.
Most commonSeparate systems per team
Separate Matrix systems for departments or sites whose data must never mix.
Approved outside services
If a workflow needs an outside service, your IT team can let agents reach only that service. Most teams never need this.
Choose your model.
Matrix runs open-weight models. You choose which ones, including models from US developers. Any license terms that affect your use are discussed with you during setup. Models are installed offline, run only on your hardware and are never trained on your data unless you ask us to tune them, on site.

Common questions.
- Does Matrix connect to the internet?
- Not in the standard setup. If your IT team enables outside access, agents make outgoing requests only to approved services, to read or, where needed, send. Requests carry what the agent sends. Matrix accepts no requests from outside your company network.
- Can Synexas access our system remotely?
- No remote access to your working data is offered. Our engineers work on site only when invited, with access your team grants and removes.
- Who holds the administrator accounts?
- Your team holds every account. Synexas keeps none.
- Is our data used to train models?
- No. Models change only through an update you approve, or a tuning project you ask for, done on site.
- Does Synexas have SOC 2 or ISO 27001?
- Synexas does not hold a SOC 2 report or ISO certification. Deployment controls and evidence are agreed with your team, not certified here.
