CHALLENGE
After every run, results from instruments and experiment sheets were cleaned up by hand. Now and then a newer instrument brought a new data format and new reference values to learn first. About 60% of the researchers’ time went into processing data.
WHAT WE BUILT
An experiment review built around the formulation team’s instruments and past reports. It aligns units, sample IDs and time points, flags an odd value instead of changing it, compares candidates with each value linked to its source and puts similar past experiments first. Scientists set the next run.

Which time points does the stability protocol require?

Samples are pulled at 0, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months, as set out in Section 5 on page 7 of the protocol.

It also refers to a second-site addendum that I could not find, so I cannot say whether that site differs.

Which experiments used the older polymer grade?

Three experiments used the older grade: E-14, E-17 and E-21. I have listed each with its date and formulation.

Experiment E-19 does not record the grade, so I left it out of the count. Please confirm it with the scientist.
