Website boundary

This repository and website are a marketing, research and product-walkthrough surface. They are not the Matrix inference runtime and do not prove the security, compliance or performance of a delivered appliance.

Website providers and data paths

Browsing
Bundled website assets plus Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregate visits and page performance on the public website. No advertising trackers, external fonts or cloud-model calls.
Demo request form
Vercel receives the consented request and Resend delivers it to the Synexas recipient mailbox. The application stores no database copy.
Direct email
Your email provider and the recipient mailbox process a message only after you choose to send it.
External references
Source and LinkedIn links leave this website on your instruction and follow the third party’s policies.

Current website controls

The public deployment uses HTTPS, a self-only Content Security Policy, HSTS, clickjacking protection, restrictive browser permissions and bounded contact-form validation. These are website controls, not evidence that a customer appliance has passed a security audit.

Report a website security issue

Email contact@thesynexas.com with the affected URL and a concise description. Do not send customer working data, credentials or exploit payloads until a safe exchange method is agreed. The machine-readable reporting file is available at /.well-known/security.txt.

Matrix product boundary

The standard offer is offline and on-site, with no internet connection, no Synexas staff access to customer working data and no local per-token fee or software token quota. The customer’s IT team may let agents reach outside services it approves. The one exception to staff access is a proof on your task if you ask for one: data you authorize, under an NDA, deleted afterwards. Hardware capacity and agreed fixed fees still apply. These are product commitments outside this website runtime; deployment controls and evidence are agreed for each intended use.

Review product privacy and control responsibilities.

Certifications and procurement

Synexas and Matrix do not currently claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FDA, GxP, FedRAMP or other certification or authorization. Customer-specific security, privacy, support, warranty, data-processing and acceptance terms belong in the signed engagement documents. Synexas Inc. is registered in Washington State.
